Quality investing

It is an investment philosophy based on a set of clearly defined fundamental criteria that seeks to identify companies with outstanding quality characteristics. 

The quality assessment is made based on

 Soft Criteria (e.g. management credibility) and

 Hard Criteria (e.g. balance sheet stability).

We look beyond numbers, we do deep research to understand the business that we will invest in, typically we act as business prospective owners, we believe that Research & Development are the best return the business could make for its shareholders.

Value Investing

It is an investment philosophy that involves picking businesses that appear to be bidding for less than their intrinsic or fair value. 

After identifying the quality businesses, we wait patiently until buying them at the biggest discount possible to their fair values.

We believe that although businesses stock prices often react to emotion over the short term, they generally trade toward fair value over the long term.
